    "Doctor is very good Staffs are not co-operative. Specially the staffs sitting at cash counter and help center they do not respond. I was number 35; I waited from 9 AM to 8 PM, but the doctor still couldn't see me. The system here is terrible—they take so long reviewing old reports that it ends up becoming night it gets late, and in the end, I had to return home without being seen, even though I had traveled 500 km."
