Permanently Deleted Data
- Personal Identity: Name, phone number, email address, physical address, and avatar.
- Authentication: Passwords, session tokens, and connected auth credentials.
- Preferences & Bookings: Notification settings, device tokens, and upcoming bookings are cancelled.
Statutory Clinical Record Retention
Under National Medical Commission (NMC) Regulations 2002 (Regulation 1.3), clinical consultation notes, diagnostic records, and digital prescriptions must be maintained for a statutory minimum of 3 years by clinical establishments.
Under DPDPA 2023, all personal identifiers (PII) are permanently scrubbed and anonymized to [Deleted Patient] after 14 days so records cannot be linked to your identity.
