"The doctors are no doubt good,but the main problem lies with OPD. The space is too small and clumsy. There is hardly any space for standing during rush hours. Even the front desk is not organised and the front desk personnel's behavior was not satisfactory. The front desk looks more like a money making machine rather than helping out OPD patients. I would rather appreciate the new trainee who was working his best,ensuring all the patients and their accompanying caregivers doesn't have to go through much trouble. I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter, and take necessary actions to ease the OPD patients. Not to mention, the IPD is much well organised and helpful."
