"I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic during what should have been a routine blood test. After my blood sample was collected and the bandage was applied, blood suddenly started oozing out of the puncture site in large amounts. It was alarming, and I had to call out for help. Instead of acknowledging the situation and reassuring me, the doctor and receptionist immediately blamed me, claiming I had not held the cotton in place long enough. What was even more concerning was the doctor’s attitude. Rather than addressing my concerns, he repeatedly told me not to speak to him in that tone and dismissed the incident as “human error” and something that happens frequently. While I understand that medical procedures can occasionally have complications, what I found unacceptable was the complete lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism. In my opinion, the staff handling blood collection appeared inexperienced, and the procedure was not carried out with the level of care I expected. A simple blood test turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience that could have been handled much better. I would not recommend this clinic, not only because of the incident itself but because of the way it was handled. Patients deserve clear communication, accountability, and compassion when something goes wrong."
