"I recently had a very disappointing experience while visiting this doctor with my 77-year-old father. The staff appeared extremely greedy and demanded bribes in order to get an earlier consultation. Initially, one of the staff members told us that only 2–3 patients were ahead of us and asked us to wait. She mentioned that once those patients were seen, our name would be added to the register and then we should pay money. After waiting for nearly an hour and a half, I enquired again, only to be told that now 4 patients were still pending and that we would have to wait another hour or more—unless we paid extra money to be seen earlier. When I objected and called this practice unethical, I was ignored. Unfortunately, all staff members seemed to be involved in this, and instead of addressing the issue, they convinced the Shruti Medical owner that I was at fault. No corrective action was taken. This is deeply disappointing, especially since this doctor was referred by Dr. S.K. Sinha for my father, and I had travelled all the way from Vadodara by flight to consult him. Sadly, I encountered staff who were unethical, rude, and shameless in their behavior."
